Darrell G. Guidry, Jr. was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. After graduating from St. Louis Catholic High School, Darrell attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, with a focus on Legal Studies in Business.

Darrell attended law school at Louisiana State University, graduating with a Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law. While at LSU, Darrell participated in the Juvenile Defense Clinic, representing juvenile defendants as a LASC Rule XX attorney during delinquency proceedings. Darrell also interned for the Hon. Justice Scott J. Crichton at the Louisiana Supreme Court while attending LSU law.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Darrell clerked for the Hon. Judge Clayton Davis and Judge Robert Wyatt with the 14thJudicial District Court in Calcasieu Parish. Darrell enjoys traveling, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
