Miller M. Flynt joined the firm in 2013. His practice primarily involves transactional work for a wide range of companies in the energy sector. He has extensive experience in representing clients in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of industry-related agreements, with a particular emphasis on Master Service Agreements and indemnity agreements. He also has experience in construction and maritime contracts, corporate governance and commercial real estate transactions.
Miller’s family is also active in the Wine and Spirits industry. He provides legal advice to his family’s Company, MACH FLYNT, INC. d/b/a DC FLYNT MW SELECTIONS, which imports and exports wine and spirits internationally and also provides private and control brand development and management.
Miller earned his B.A. from LSU in 2008. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012, where he graduated magna cum laude, was among the top 10 students in his class, and was awarded 10 Law Excellence Awards (an award granted to the student with the highest grade in their respective class).
