Aubrey’s experience with wills, successions, and estate planning enable him to assist individuals in protecting their families and minimizing the impact of gift and estate taxes. Aubrey also works with both small and large businesses in reducing their liability exposure and planning transactions in an effort to reduce taxes. He is experienced in start-up issues for new businesses and handles a wide variety of business and tax problems.
Aubrey was born in Mobile, Alabama, on June 9, 1964. He is married to Kelly Headley White. They have six children and are members of Trinity Baptist Church. His recreational interests include travel, music and spending time with family.
Admitted to bar, 1990, Louisiana. Education: Louisiana State University (B.S., 1986); Tulane University (M.B.A., 1990; J.D., 1990): Georgetown University (L.L.M., Taxation, 1992). Board Certified Tax Law Specialist, and Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist, Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, Hearing Committee Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Kappa Sigma Social Fraternity. Recognized member of 'Louisiana Super Lawyers' in estate planning and probate, 2009. Member: Southwest Louisiana Bar Association; Louisiana State Bar Association; and American Bar Association.
